This policy explains how EDXAD LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("[insert]", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal data through wholesale.insertofficial.com (the "Site"). We are the controller of this data.

1. Data we collect

• Account and sample requests: shop name, your name, email, phone number, shop address, website or Instagram, tax ID or seller's permit if provided, the sample you ask for and any message, plus the IP address and approximate country of the request.
• Order data: name, company name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, tax ID if provided, products ordered and amounts paid.
• Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Advertising and visit data: when you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we record the campaign parameters in the link (such as the Google Ads click ID and UTM tags) and the page you landed on. We use Google Ads measurement: Google may set cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first; if you decline, no advertising cookies are set. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the Site.
• Messages: what you send us by email.

2. Why we use it

• To review account and sample requests, check that the shop is real, send the sample and give access to wholesale ordering (steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in selling to genuine businesses).
• To process, produce, ship and support your order (performance of our contract with you).
• To issue receipts and keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To measure which ads bring orders and to improve our advertising and Site (legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it).
• To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your agreement.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe, for payments.
• Our production and shipping partners, who receive the name, delivery address and phone number needed to print and deliver your order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and stores account and order records.
• Resend, which delivers account, login and order emails.
• Google, for advertising measurement.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and, for production, in China. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. Storage on your device

When you log in, the Site sets a secure cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 60 days; logging out removes it. The Site stores your cart and the campaign parameters described above in your browser's local storage, for up to 90 days, so your order and its origin are kept between visits. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law, generally up to 7 years. Advertising data linked to an order is kept for up to 2 years. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to personal data to what is needed to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
